Excavation is Expensive and Destructive. Ground Penetrating Radar can identify subsurface structures in less time at a fraction of the cost.
We have assisted our clients in the location of underground storage tanks, utility lines, and examining the structural integrity of roads, bridges and other reinforced concrete structures. With our equipment and knowledge, we have been able to accurately map the location of metallic and non-metallic utilities and pipes, identify the depth to groundwater tables, delineate landfill boundaries, and map geological anomalies including voids and fractures
We have also participated in forensic investigations conducted by law enforcement agencies where subsurface identification was needed in order to solve a crime. We were able to identify specific sites where further exploration would be necessary by more traditional means saving the crime scene specialists many costly hours of manual labor.
